Simple Baked Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz tofu
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine (or sherry)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Slice tofu into 8 slabs. Press in a dishtowel for ten minutes.
  2. Mix marinade in baking dish. Add tofu and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, turning after 25 minutes.
