Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On bamboo skewers place 2 each alternating shrimp scallops and snails.
  2. Place on a broiling pan.
  3. Heat butter in a suace pan add remaining ingredients. cook until mixture has beed reduced to half
  4. Brush the skewers with butter broil 2-3 mins.turn the skewers overbrush with butter again. broilfor an additional 2-3 minutes remove from oven and brush a third time and serve hot.
