Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine mushrooms and broth and bring to a boil and cook 5 mins
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the cheese and cream
  3. Cook and stir to blend in the cheese
  4. Meanwhile cook shrimp i n boiling water until they turn red, about 5 mins
  5. Drain shrimp, add to the soup, bring to a boil again, remove from heat and serve with a garnish of parsley
