Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet or wok, stir-fry shrimp in 3 teaspoons oil for 1-2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
  3. Stir-fry broccoli in remaining oil for 3 minutes. Add garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes longer or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add the butter, wine, salt and pepper.
  5. Drain pasta; add to skillet.
  6. Stir fry the pasta and vegetables until the butter is Melted.
  7. Add the Parmasan Cheese (I used at least 1/2 cup).
  8. Stir fry until pasta is coated.
  9. Stir in shrimp.
  10. Stir fry until everything is coated - I kept going until there was a bit of crisp crusts of cheese on some of the pasta and shrimp.
