Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper to taste; set aside.
  2. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  3. Add chili sauce and tomato juice.
  4. Chill until it begins to thicken (the consistency of egg whites).
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour into a greased ring mold or 2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Refrigerate until set or overnight.
  8. Mix all dressing ingredients together until smooth.
  9. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
  10. Serve aspic with horseradish dressing on a bed of lettuce.
