Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, add flour, pepper, cayenne. Mix well and cook over low heat.
  2. Add cream, cook over low heat until thickened.
  3. Add ketchup, worchestershire, lemon juice and Sherry. Blend.
  4. Alternate layers of artichokes and shrimp in a 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Pour in sauce, top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice or pastry shells.
