Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil a whole chicken - remove white meat
  2. Shred white meat - set aside
  3. Cook rice as directed
  4. Combine black beans, taco seasoning, chili powder, corn, peppers & salt
  5. Heat up together and add chicken & rice - combine well
  6. Spread refried beans on tortilla & add chicken mix - roll up and place in baking dish seam down - top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
