Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 up to 24 hours.
  3. Place about 5 chicken chunks on the skewers alternating between the vegetables and the chicken.
  4. Place them on the grill for 15 minutes or until done.
  5. Don't forget to turn skewers during cooking.
