Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven. To 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt the butter in a small heat proof dish.
  3. Crack the eggs into the dish and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. The whites should be cooked, but not hard.
  5. Serve with toast.
