Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine the pasta and cheese sauce.
  2. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place chicken then beans on top of cheesy pasta.
  4. Sprinkle with the diced tomatoes and green onions.
  5. Serve.
  6. Cheese Sauce Directions Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
  7. Add the onion and garlic.
  8. Sauté until onion is transparent.
  9. Stir in flour to make a roux and cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
  10. Mix the hot water, chicken stock and half and half.
  11. Add mixture slowly to roux, stirring constantly.
  12. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  13. Add salt to taste, sugar, hot sauce, lemon juice, cayenne and parmesan cheese.
  14. Stir to blend.
  15. Do NOT ALLOW TO BOIL.
  16. Add the Velveeta to sauce and stir until melted.
  17. Add salsa and sour cream to sauce and blend.
  18. Makes 5 cups.
