Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cook in small crock pot 4-6 hours. The longer it cooks, the better your house smells. You can start it in the microwave if you need you need the scent to start sooner. When you come home, transfer it to a container and refrigerate it. Can also be frozen.
  2. Serve with toast, pancakes, waffles. Makes a nice spread by pouring over a block of cream cheese.
  3. Can be reheated one more time if you need it to make your kitchen smell homey another day.
