Ingredients:

  • 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
  • 5 1/2 tbsp flour ( heaping)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix pumpkin with dry ingredients.
  2. Mix 2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups water. Add milk and water to dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake 425 for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce temperature to 375 for 30-40 minutes.
