Sea Bass with Lime Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime
  • 3/4 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 (6 oz) sea bass fillets or 4 (6 oz) fillets

Directions:

  1. Grate the zest from the lime and extract the juice.
  2. Combine the zest and juice with the ginger, soy sauce, oil, garlic, red pepper, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the fish with the sauce and broil or grill 3-4 minutes per side, rebasting several times.
