Ingredients:

  • 100 eggs
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 1/2 quarts hot milk

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs then add salt, heat milk and add to eggs.
  2. Mix together, add butter to milk and egg mixture.
  3. Pour into four 9x13 pans and bake 350F 20-25 minutes.
