Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Put 1 tbsp of butter into pan.
  2. Add egg and salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of butter in bowl.
  3. Scramble.
  4. Put into hot frying pan and let cook until egg is thick and not runny.
  5. Serve.
