Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook celery and onion in butter till tender; blend in flour.
  2. Cut toast into 1/2 inch cubes.
  3. In 1 2/2 qt.
  4. Casserole combine celery-onion mixture with tomatoes and half the toast cubes, sugar and seasonings.
  5. Bake in 350 oven for 30 min.
  6. Top with remaning toast cubes and bake 15 min.
  7. Longer.
