Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash green peppers then remove seeds, and chop.
  2. Simmer in lightly salted water until tender about 10 minutes.
  3. Grease or butter casserole dish then layer cracker crumbs and green peppers.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and black pepper.
  5. Pour milk over mixture to saturate cracker crumbs then dot with butter.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
