  1. Heat corn and milk.
  2. Stir in egg; then other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour in greased 8-inch dish.
  4. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of mixture in dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
