Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.
  2. Add bread, mix gently and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Add beef, onion, baking powder,salt and pepper, mix well (mixture will be solf) Shape into 1 inch balls.
  4. In a large skillet,brown meatballs, a few at a time,in shortening.
  5. Place in an ungreased 3 quart baking dish.
  6. In a bowl, stir soups and milk until smooth:pour over meatballs.
  7. Bake,uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
