Scalloped Corn Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 1 1- lb 1-oz can (2 cups) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped canned piniento
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Heat corn and milk.
  2. Gradually stir in egg.
  3. Add next 4 ingredients and dash pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour into greased 8-inch round baking dish.
  6. Top with buttered crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Serves 6.
