Savory Lavender Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium pork chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp marjoram
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Lay pork in 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle generous amounts of lavender flower, rosemary (preferably ground), marjoram, salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle a small amount of honey over the top of the pork.
  4. Turn over and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
  5. Sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar over the top of the pork before placing into the oven.
  6. Cook at 35o degrees for about 30-45 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork.
