Directions:

  1. In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden.
  2. Add spinach, salt and red pepper flakes and stir.. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Discard garlic prior to serving.
