Sautéed Sesame-Ginger Spinach

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sauté ginger in hot oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat 30 seconds. Add 1 package of spinach and toss to coat. Add remaining package of spinach and toss to coat; cook until spinach is wilted.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Cook sesame seeds in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and toasted. Sprinkle over spinach.
