Sesame Seitan - Vegan

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut seitan into bite size pieces.
  2. In a plastic bag, evenly coat seitan with flour.
  3. Mix tempura flour and ice water in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Dip floured seitan in batter and deep fry til crispy.
  5. Place seitan on paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil and stirfry all shredded vegetables.
  7. Add teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Add seitan.
  9. Serve with rice and sprinkle sesame seeds.
