Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat your wok to medium high and put in the oil, butter, garlic , bacon and the white part of the scallion (if you use regular bacon, you don’t need so much butter and oil)
  2. Sauteed until aromatic and the bacon is fairly crisp
  3. Put in the corn and brussel sprouts and sauteed for about 15min. I like to leave mine a bit longer until the corn start browning a bit. Make sure you season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. When done, put in dish and garnish with the green scallions and fried scallions
