Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to skillet. Add brown sugar and raisins.
  2. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice.
  4. Slice bananas and stir into mixture. Serve immediately. (Do not cook the bananas.).
