Ingredients:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 cup rum

Directions:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg and cream
  3. Cook until carmelized
  4. Cut bananas longways and in half (half of banana is 1 serving)
  5. Put in caramel mixture
  6. Cover bananas
  7. Add rum and carefully light with a lighter
  8. Fire will go out on it's own.
  9. Serve on top of vanilla icecream or rice pudding
  10. Enjoy!
