Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In casserole dish, mix together sauerkraut and chopped onion.
  2. Place sliced kielbasa over mixture.
  3. Prepare mashed potatoes and add 2 tbsp of cheese.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over sausage.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
