Ingredients:

  • 1 large green bell pepper , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 large sweet onion , cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 lb kielbasa , cut into thin diagonal slices
  • 1 (28 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • butter , to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish.
  3. Bake covered for about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
  4. Top each serving with some butter, if desired.
