Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 (14 oz) can sauerkraut
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

  1. Layer in order given s
  2. Drain sauerkraut
  3. Slice onion
  4. Dot hamburger
  5. Pour over sauce and rice
  6. Top with soup
  7. Bake 300 degrees 2 hours covered.
