Saucy Penne and Three Cheese Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. In saucepan, over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; pour off fat.
  3. Add pasta sauce.
  4. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg.
  5. In lightly greased 2-1/2 quart baking dish, layer half the penne, sauce mixture, and cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over top.
  8. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
