Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream shortening and sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add mashed bananas.
  4. Sift in flours, baking powder and salt.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Bake in 3 greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40- 45 minutes.
