Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. salt

Directions:

  1. Wash the potatoes . Put in a pan large enough to cover the potatoes with water
  2. Add the salt
  3. Bring to a boil. then turn down the heat so they a just boiling.
  4. Cook until tender.. drain
  5. Serve with plenty of butter.
