Salmon With Mediterranean Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Top each salmon fillet with the tomato mixture.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
