Salmon Marinade with Dill, Butter and Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 -3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1 lb salmon fillets or 1 lb steak

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice and dill weed.
  2. Coat 1/2 salmon with mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and grill, skin side down.
  4. Brush with remaining mixture while grilling.
