Salmon Crusted Pistachio Pesto

Ingredients:

  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4-1 cup store bought pistachio pesto sauce (or pistachio pesto pistachio pesto)

Directions:

  1. Spread pesto on top of salmon fillet skin side down.
  2. Roast at 450 degrees on parchment paper for about 10-15 minutes begins to flake when pressed with a fork.
