Ingredients:

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 eggs
  • lemon zest / pinch sugar

Directions:

  1. Whisk ingredients and gently mix in salmon then roll 1/2 cup each salmon cakes in bread crumbs and cheese. Fry 3 min on each side.
