Ingredients:
1 can(s) salmon
1/2 cup(s) mayo
2 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
1 eggs
1 baked potato
lemon zest / pinch sugar
bread crumbs
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Whisk ingredients and gently mix in salmon then roll 1/2 cup each salmon cakes in bread crumbs and cheese. Fry 3 min on each side.
