Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl mix egg & Worcestershire sauce together.
  2. In a larger bowl ground turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, onion, garlic, carrots & red pepper together.
  3. Form into hamburger patties or meatballs.
  4. COOKING HAMBURGERS: Grill hamburgers on the barbecue or in a pan on the stove. When burgers are almost finished top with a little sauce (Diana sauce, Bullseye, Jack Daniels, Kraft barbecue sauce, etc).
  5. COOKING MEATBALLS: Bake the meatballs in a shallow pan in the oven for approximately 30-45 minutes.
