Directions:

  1. Blend softened cheese, mayonnaise, chives and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Make 5 stacks of salami slices; spread cheese mixture between slices.
  3. Chill.
  4. Cut each stack into 6 equal Wedges. Serve on cocktail picks.
  5. Makes 30.
