Salami & Potato Salad with Tuna Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook potatoes unpeeled by boiling or steaming until tender, drain, cool and slice.
  2. Cut salami into quarters.
  3. Combine potatoes, salami& torn lettuce leaves with the red pepper and olives in a serving bowl and drizzle over the dressing.
  4. DRESSING: Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
