Sage & Mint Tea (For Sore Throats and More...)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp honey (or sub agave or another sweetener....adjust the amount to your tastes)
  • 1 lemon , juice of

Directions:

  1. While you boil your water, add the first 4 ingredients to a ceramic or glass bowl, a large pyrex measuring cup works perfectly.
  2. Let the water come off the boil for a minute before pouring it over top.
  3. Cover with a tea towel for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Strain & enjoy!
  5. Recommendations are to enjoy 1 - 2 cups per day.
