Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil or steam potatoes & carrot until tender, then set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumber, egg, onion & ham, then mix in peas & olives.
  3. In small bowl, combine garlic & mayo.
  4. Add potatoes & carrot to mixture in the large bowl, & carefully stir in the garlic/mayo mixture. Season to taste.
