Ingredients:

  • 4 oz muenter cheese (block), cut into small cubes (about 1/4 inch)
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano (or more if you'd like)
  • salt and pepper , to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients, add flour and mix till blended; add remaining ingredients and mix.
  2. Pour mixture into 8 X 8 pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or room temperature, enjoy! ** Use a bigger pan if doubling or tripling the recipe.
