Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Arrange bread slices in single layer on baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese on each slice.
  5. Broil bread until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
  6. Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  7. Drizzle dressing over lettuce in bowl.
  8. Toss gently to coat.
  9. Serve with cheese toasts.
