Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  2. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25 minutes longer or until set in center.
  4. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
  5. Cook time includes cooking sweet potatoes.
