Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and spices
  2. Add eggs mix
  3. Add pumkin mashed canned or fresh
  4. Add milk mix.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake like custard pie at 425 degrees
  6. For 10 minutes then at 350 degrees til filling is set
  7. About 25 minutes is my guess.
