Roasted Squash Soup with Maple Glazed Bananas

Directions:

  1. Steam or bake the butternut squash. Discard peel.
  2. Puree the squash in a blender along with the milk, water, and cinnamon until very smooth. Warm over low heat.
  3. Ladle the soup into bowls. Garnish with the banana, pecans, and drizzle maple syrup on top.
