Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • sugar , to taste

Directions:

  1. Put everything except the sugar in a coffee pot and heat over a gas flame.
  2. Keep on the heat for 3-4 minutes until the milk froths and rises up in the pot.
  3. Take off the heat and add sugar to your taste, remembering that sugar brings out the flavour of the spices.
