Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes in chunks then place in well oiled baking dish
  2. Sprinkle onions over potatoes then pour butter over onions
  3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pepper then stir lightly to make sure everything is coated.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan over top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
